All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse as soon as possible after your order is placed. Please note, we do not ship orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

Standard Delivery: Your order will arrive within 7 to 14 working days.

Express Delivery: Delivery takes between 5 to 7 working days. The cost of express delivery will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can easily follow your parcel’s progress.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at sales@phonicbooks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete your return.

Please be aware that as we ship our books from the UK, there may be import duties and customs clearance charges upon delivery. These charges are not included in the price of the books, and they will be the customer’s responsibility to pay.

For customers in Canada, all orders will incur customs charges. We will reach out to you by email after you place your order to confirm that you’re comfortable with this cost. Additionally, you can find a list of distributors based in Canada here.
